Liminality is the threshold between two distinct states, a space of transition and transformation. In this exhibition, artists explore the theme of liminality, and through their works, they delve into the spaces and moments of transition, where something is neither one thing nor another, but in-between.

The pieces on display range from sculpture and painting to video and installation and a performance piece, each one offering a unique perspective on the theme. Some artists examine the physical and emotional liminal spaces we all experience, such as gender and sexuality, the transition from childhood to adulthood or the pandemic, as a moment of uncertainty that has shaped our live, Others delve into the more abstract and metaphysical realms, exploring the boundaries between the seen and the unseen, the living and the dead.

The works in this exhibition are not only about the spaces of liminality but also about the emotions that come with it. They evoke feelings of uncertainty, fear, hope, and transformation. They remind us that even though liminal spaces can be uncomfortable and unsettling, they are also places of great potential and growth.

This exhibition is a reminder that we are constantly in transition, and that the spaces between one thing and another are where we find the most meaning. We invite you to take a journey through these works and discover the beauty and power of liminality.
